The final two teams for the playoffs have been found, following UNiTED and forZe winning their relegation stage matches.

The relegation stage saw UNiTED win 16-1 against Uzbeki-side stOrm, while forZe also managed a simple win, elminating KerchNET 16-4. UNiTED and forZe are now ready to play the playoffs, facing PinG and Natus Vincere respectively.
